The patented device uses a jaw that clamps onto the inner lip of a gutter. The gutter is protected using rubber pads on the inside and outside of the gutter.  Engineered to clamp onto the gutter but not to apply significant load to stabilise the ladder and prevent all movement. A sliding bar ensures  fast application for almost all ladder heights and thicknesses.
